• Provided without warranty of any kind

Actual offers may be higher or lower depending on vehicle inspection, market conditions, dealer inventory needs, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Dealer Relationships and Offers

When you submit your information:

• Your information is shared with licensed dealerships in North Carolina
• Dealerships may contact you by phone, text, or email
• NcAutoBuyers does not make purchase offers; dealerships do
• We are not responsible for dealer offers, negotiations, or transactions
• You are under no obligation to accept any offer
• We do not guarantee you will receive an offer from any dealer

7. Privacy and Data Use

• Disputes with dealerships
• Inaccurate vehicle valuations
• Data breaches or security incidents

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Dealer's Dealer LLC, NcAutoBuyers, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentations about your vehicle
• Disputes with dealerships
